Making Music

This semester we are back with Ms. Carey at Heartsong Music. We really enjoy our Tuesday morning routine of music class and hanging out with our pals. Today we sang Happy Birthday to Charlotte. I can't believe she'll be 2 in five short days!

Lunch with Papa

This week we picked up Papa at his work, National Instruments, and went to lunch. We ate outside in the beautiful weather and had taco meat, tomatoes (Shadow's favorite), rice, beans, guacamole and tortillas. It was so much fun to play with Papa!

Baby Shower

On Saturday Mommy hosted a baby shower for Danielle. We have been dear friends since Ms. Spray's 3rd grade class. Mommy hosted the shower with Amber and Melissa, friends from high school. It was a lot of fun! Dani is having a girl and we are so excited to meet her.

Austin Studios Grand Opening

Daddy's current project, Austin Studios for the Austin Film Society had it's Grand Opening Party on Friday. Daddy was even in the newspapers and on tv! The project came in early and on budget. As the project manager, Daddy spoke at the party. We were so proud!

Rainy Day

Early last week we had icy, cold weather. Mommy and Charlotte spent a lot of time inside. Charlotte loves to play in the sink with pink bubbles. We made a pot of raspberry tea and finger sandwiches. It was a perfect afternoon!
